VivoIndexItem.zip is corrupted here at Vivoware but is OK at Codeplex. I can confirm this because I was having problems with Wiki and other pages, then I downloaded it from Codeplex and realized it have different size, all the problems were gone when I reinstalled VivoIndexItem (repair).
