Single Documentation File?

I'm looking for one .pdf file that includes all documentation relative to VivoSocial and I'm not finding it anywhere. Can someone please point me in the right direction - or does it not exist?

It does not exist. It would be too big. ProfileSearch for example is like 70 pages already. Each module has its own documentation.

I'm having a REALLY hard time understanding how to set up a site similar to imvivo.com with no step by step documentation. It seems that certain modules need to be added before others, etc...but I do not know which. Can anyone help me?
