Knowledge Base: Comments not shown in index item

http://vivoware.com/Support/KBDetails/tabid/96/IndexId/7712/Default.aspx

We have a problem that comments are not shown below the news article in some index items.

Example not showing the comment:
http://www.hetgoedeleven.com/Geloven/GelovenColumnsDetail/tabid/269/IndexID/66286/Default.aspx

Same article showing the comment:
http://www.hetgoedeleven.com/Geloven/GelovenColumnsDetail/tabid/243/IndexID/66286/Default.aspx

Both index Items have the same token in the template:

[COMMENT:EventList]

Is there any way to display the comments of a single article in every index item that displays the article?
We have 4 index items showing articles based on (the search directories of) their categories.

Any help is appreciated.

PS I found out an Index Item only shows the comments that are written in that particular index item.
When an article is shown in two different Index Items they only display 'their own' comments.

Is there any way of changing this behaviour? Or is this a bug? (it's not a bug, it's a feature :-) )

Hi guys,

your error traker gives an error when you try to submit an error.

How can I post that? Although I know htis is not the place, could you please move it to the right place for me?

It should be in the Index Item issues, and for us it is a major bug

The error which I can't submit is the following:

When using special characters in an Index Item article the characters get corrupted after editing the article.

The first time I publish an article it shows all special characters correctly.
When I then edit the original article and (re-)publish it corrupts the author name.
If I then edit that article again and (re-)publish it, it corrupts the title, author and summary field. The text remains fine in the main body field of the article.

I attached an example with the following test content:

Test reeꨴôøoéëgeneenLútsen

It becomes:
